Gosh, what about me? That is the hardest topic to write on. This is probably the first time in my life I have been able to make personal decisions that are 100% my own without considering someone else, that is fairly terrifying and empowering at the same time. I always thought I had a book in me and I am looking for it in writing smaller pieces. My superpower is taking big complex ideas and problems and breaking them down efficient processes, not very sexy, but it's what I am good at. I love subtly seeding foundational leadership principals into an organization and watching them blossom and take root, I love watching people grow. I write about whatever strikes me, all I ask is that if you find something that I have written, you read it completely, because I like to think my ideas unfold as you read along.
